We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows were firm. The shower was spacious, great to stand up straight. The air conditioning worked great, keeping us cool throughout our stay. Access to the hotel was simple with keyless entry using codes for the street door, hotel entry, and our room. The location was perfect for our needs, just 400 meters away from popular attractions like the Prado and royal gardens. We also loved the abundance of restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as several grocery stores nearby. It only took us 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Mayor, convenient.
